    Hi All

Not really sure if this is the right place to post this as it may be a problem with the TV but I am guessing that this is a problem with the Amp.

I have jsut got a new TV, the LG 65B6 (which I love) and was very impressed with how easy it was to setup with my Arcam AVR450. When I turn the TV on it auto-magically turns the amp on, the tv controls the volume and switches to the correct input and so on.

One thing that it does NOT do though is turn the Amp off again - this is quite annoying! It means that I still need to have the Amp remote to hand JUST to turn it off each time I turn the TV off.

From my understanding the amp should be turned off using the ARC (audio return channel) that turns the amp on and does all the rest of the magic.

Is this a known issue? Is there any way I can fix it?
    Thanks

    Hi Roaders
Did you manage to resolve this?
Also how did you get your AVR450 to switch on with TV.
I have a AVR450 and just got LG oledb7 but struggling to set Tv signal audio to be controlled by amp so that I can turn off the TV internal speakers
