Arcam AVR200 OSD from front panel

Just got my mits on an AVR200. Alas, no remote was included. This isn't a problem for day-to-day usage, but its making it very difficult to setup.

Does anyone know if its possible to activate/control the OSD from the front panel: or is a remote essential? If the latter, does anyone know if universal remotes (eg OneForAll) have enough functionality to control the OSD?

99% sure you can do everything via the unit that you can with the remote.

You can pick up an Arcam remote off eBay for £15 or so.
