How do you enable it? Specifically, can you set the level of the fixed volume in processor mode or is it hard wired?

I've looked at the manuals for these amps online and there doesn't seem to be any mention of the processor mode in either of them

btw, the selection of downloadable manuals on the Arcam site is rather bizarre eg the A85 manual is only available in Dutch  - fortunately being half German (and half English) reading Dutch is managable for me ;)

The instructions are definitely in the English A32 manual. The A85 manual is being reprinted and the next issue will have it.

Go into the custom settings menu by pressing "select" 4 times, and scroll through till you find "processor mode". The SW then allows you to fix the volume of the tape input at any level from 0 to -72, in 1 or even 0.5 dB steps.

Any chance of a downloadable English version of the new A85 manual?

    Thanks
