arcam 2+ speakers, was this worth what i paid

    hi everyone, i recently got hold off a pair of arcam2+ speakers i know there pretty old now and cant seem to find reviews on em ect, i purchased them with a whole denon set up, consisting of an rds tuna/amp reciever, single tape deck, and cd player, with speaker stands and the bi wiring cable.
    got the lot for £100 does this souns like a good deal, and does anybody know how much arcam +2s where a few years back?

    It is difficult to find that much equipment that sounds good for £100 so if you are happy with the sound it produces you will have answered your own question.

    I think they were around £200 when new,but that was about 10 years ago,£100 seems fair for everything.

    £5 too much if you ask me ;)
    I on the other hand once paid £600 too much for an Arcam avr100 :(

    remember a 1994 issue of WHF with them in. Fairly run of the mill looking, with vifa 19mm dome tweeter...can't remember the woofer type but its a 6.5incher iirc.

    £100 seems fine tbh :)
