    Hi There

I recently purchased a used pair of AQ Rockefellar singe-biwire cables which have the PK-BFA plugs with silverpins. The tips have some black discoloration, the section that gets exposed. Can the tips be cleaned with some chemical to make them shiny again. They don't have any effect on SQ though but just thought I could renew them.

    Thanks
    Chrisn

Thanks Joe, I am located in South Africa, will have to check out the local stores here, but I'm going to try some home made stuff like rubbing alchohol etc, with an old tooth brush;)

Always be careful with any 'homebrew' products when plastics are involved!

I'm sure you can find the Caig products closer to home - DeoxIT® D-Series
