Apple's patents are something like "a mobile phone with a display with a speaker and a microphone"

No need to spell out what happens. Samsung make a phone with speaker and a microphone, Apple cries saying boo hoo they're copying and copying our patent, then tries to get them blocked from sale.

Well of course they aren't. On the other hand Samsung IS suing Apple over a smiley patent <- oops hope Samsung's lawyers don't find out about mine
