I have a PS3, PS4 Pro, Wii, games on iPhone, on iPad... the last thing I want is to play games on the Apple TV... that’s why I got the 32gb last BF, not waiting for the 64gb

In all the years of owning an Apple TV and years or browsing these forums, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone who needed the 64GB version ... I would almost guarantee 32GB is fine for everyone.

My phone is 64gb, which is full of all sorts of apps, most of which never gets used, not to mention music and podcasts actually stored on it. Still only up to 29GB used.

For the ATV, I’d say 32gb is way more than enough for the vast majority of people.

Apparently the entire Bond collection is now 4K on US iTunes. Here we've just got Spectre so far.

Yeah, hopefully the rest will appear here before long. If we’ve got Spectre, I can’t see any reason we won’t get the rest at some point.

Yeah i have seen a guy on youtube showing Goldeneye off in 4K but he seems to think its just an upscale and not a remaster and it has no HDR either.

If it drops to £50 then i might buy it but for £99 ill pass for now.

They were all remastered in 4K when they did the BD release. Probably no HDR though.

Already own them, grabbed them when they dropped to £50 last time, so 4k for free will do for me.

Would happily have bought them on UHD for over £100 if they ever appeared, now I’ll just wait for iTunes.

Don’t seem them doing another remaster anytime soon. Can you add HDR without remastering?

What’s the PQ like in 4K on the older bond films?

Thanks chap, I doubt I’d qualify for an account though as I’m a Fulltime carer for my wife!

      Cheers anyway

I’d be very much surprised if you find an ATV4K any lower than it already is without using the Very new account offer.

I’ll have to see what the offers in the New Year will be

They’re unlikely to go lossless, but Atmos is definitely happening.

Doesn’t seem to be - other than the usual first order discount at Very. Not sure it’s worth the hassle though

I think you’ll be disappointed, Apple devices generally don’t have price drops/offers until a new updated device gets announced.
There’s deals a plenty within devices via apps and video content but the devices themselves pretty much stay the same price wise.

You could always keep an eye on the Apple Refurbished page

Yes, Atmos has been promised, just waiting. Lossless is not likely to come, but at least vía Infuse I can enjoy lossless audio of mkv rips

Decent saving at eGlobal if you don’t mind getting a foreign model? I’m not sure if there’s any difference other than the plug? I recently bought an iPad from them, so I can verify they are legit

Yeah exactly what I’m thinking, is it worth the hassle for £30 when I could possibly get it from JL with 2 yrs warranty or possibly even Currys with 10% discount via a family member.

I’d get 10% from Currys which is £18 as I couldn’t get a Very account due to being a carer.
Just thinking about the extra warranty but these things seem pretty reliable
