Hiya All,

I am selling my Macbook Pro 13” :

Early 2015 model
macOS Mojave
13” retina screen
2.7 GHz Intel Core i5 Processor
8Gb 1867 MHz DDR3 memory
128Gb SSD Hard Drive
Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB
Original power supply
Original box

Battery Cycle Count: 548
Battery Health Condition: Normal

Model: A1502

It has a cracked screen. The screen operates - but has a large crack on the panel on the right side of the display. It works perfectly outputting to a monitor. The screen can obviously be replaced.

The laptop is in extremely clean condition - its been in an Incipio full case, and a soft carry pouch all its life.

£220 delivered.

Collection from near Stoke on Trent, Staffs available (for £200).

Cheers,
Shane.

I assume the screen panel itself is damaged and not just the front glass?

Hi
I must be mad for wanting to buy this and attempt to repair it. But anyway I have a crack. Would you consider £120 posted?

Hiya,

Thanks for the interest, but I think the £220 asking price is more than a fair deal.

Cheers,
Shane

I did look into buying the parts and hoping to repair it myself. If everything works out, I am only saving on my labour cost. Bear in mind I may discover more damages once I start to take it apart. £140 posted my final offer

Hi, is this still available? I am tempted to take a gamble on this, I don’t suppose you would consider £180 with postage?

Hiya,

Yep, it’s still for sale.

I think it’s worth the asking price to be honest.

£180 inc P&P is far too low.

Ta,
Shane

I’ve just looked at what replacement screens cost and to be honest this is already a bit out of my price range for what I was looking for and the repair itself is also out of my comfort zone. To pay somebody to do it would render it entirely uneconomical.
I’ll be happy to offer £195 and would be fine with any form of snail mail but beyond that I think I’ll have to wish you luck with the sale.

Hiya,

Cheers, I want to clear £200 after postage, and unfortunately because of the value of the item the lowest postage I’d have to use would be RMSD. Normal postage or Recorded Delivery wouldn’t cover it.

I’m not trusting it to a courier, and I would imagine the costs to be similar anyway.

Ta for your interest.
Shane :)

No problem, let me know if you change your mind over the next day or two. Good luck with the sale.

Hiya,

Yes, I think that would be a fair compromise.

I will PM my details and Bank info across, if you let me know your details.

Cheers,
Shane
