Due to an upgrade I'm selling my iPhone 6S, it's space grey, 64gb and comes boxed will all brand new unused accessories, earphones, plug, charger, pin, box etc

The phone has always had a silicone case so the back is completely unmarked. The phone has always had a laminated glass cover, as such the screen appears brand new with not so much as a mark. The phone is genuinely pristine and indistinguishable from a new one. It is sim free and has been erased and 'detached' from my account.

Get an app called 'battery life' from the App Store or alternatively if you have a Mac download an app called 'coconut battery' open it and plug your phone in via USB.

    Thanks

    Thank you.

    Any warranty left?

That's quite high wear for a year or so old iphone. Apple will replace it free if it's under warranty.

It’s about 14/15 month so won’t have warranty, when I checked 20% after 2 years is considered normal wear, so it’s ‘healthy’ and it’s genuinely mint

Received the phone as promised today. Thank you for that.

Unfortunately the phone is not quite as described.

I'm afraid the phone has noticeable marks and its a bit grimy. I would not describe as 'genuinely pristine and indistinguishable from a new one'.

I have attached pictures (a lot of dirt in speaker and mute switch but was hard to take picture of with my old phone).

Please advise on how to proceed.

    Thanks

Also the included cable isn't unused as stated in original description. it is dirty and used.

No it isn’t, the only reason I unravelled it was to wind it tighter into the box as I took it New from another box rather than send an old one, but it wouldn’t wind neatly

Moved to disputes to clarify any differences between the original description and the items received.

It seems that it may not be indistinguishable from new, but await your comments

You can clearly see from the original pic that it has been unravelled for the reason stated above, not used, just unravelled

I’m referring to the overall condition of the phone not the cable (however the cable isn’t clean or new seemingly)

not sure why its so dirty if its new?

anyway thats probably a secondary concern compared to the actual condition of the phone?

The screen also has a mark on it on the front corner (I have attached picture).

    Thanks

Interesting, clearly on my pics no such mark existed!

Can you explain the phone condition please? It’s been in the buyer’s possession for less than 48 hours.

Your original pics when zoomed in show it not to be ‘mint’ but that’s irrelevant currently as the buyer’s pics highlight other areas of his concern, and not the ones I’ve personally noticed.

I’d suggest that the description is possibly innaccurate on the whole.

I can’t explain the mark as it quite clearly isn’t on the pics, I’ve explained the cable having been attempted to be rewound to fit in the box, clearly brand new in original pic, and as for ‘grimy’ I take exception too, maybe some minor specs as shown appeared as the buyer insisted on me having to reactivate the phone to download a battery app for health reasons which I did which involves handling it. Given the cable was bagged within the Jiffy bag then it’s possible it may have been marked in transit, certainly not prior to despatch. I feel the buyer is being wholly unreasonable, but maybe this is down to a mark suddenly appearing which it’s best you ask him about not me.

The cable can be sanitised and cleaned with a wet wipe, it will make it as good as new I hope, so let’s park that one.

I'm just reporting the condition . I'm sorry, I do not see how me asking about the condition of battery has to do with it.

I'm not sure what's being implied . Like i said I just took delivery.

    Thank you.

Also the first batch of pics before the battery query have no date next to them, implying that they could have been taken time historically. This should have been addressed by the Mod team but seemingly wasn’t.

The item received doesn’t match the description I’m afraid and as the seller you are responsible up to the point of delivery, including any damage or consequence during transit.

This isn’t a mint phone, indistinguishable from new as you advertised.
