The iPad Pro has been erased and reset to factory settings. The condition of the iPad itself is excellent and comes with original box. The iPad has been kept in a flip cover since I bought it (check the pictures). The Apple Pencil 2 is also boxed and has grey silicon cover to the pencil is more comfortable to hold. I’ve also included 2 screen protectors, one is matte and other is tempered glass.

What you get:
  • iPad Pro 64GB Wifi/Cellular
  • Apple Pencil 2
  • USB-C Charging cable
  • UK Mains adapter
  • Flip cover with Pencil holder
  • 2 Screen Protectors
  • Original box
The Apple warranty runs till December 29th, 2019 so there’s around 2.5 months left.

Given a 1tb one just sold for £1000, I can offer £600
Thanks for the offer but I'll hold out for a bit more than that. I previously agreed a sale elsewhere for the whole £800 but the buyer backed out.

Draw a comparison between comparable/identical products by all means. We all know that Apple‘s pricing is a law unto itself, this isn’t comparable.

These seem to have really weird resale values on here. Some go for £600 and others slightly more. I am after one and also from Leicester so can save you postage and meet you to complete sale.

Given the warranty runs out in a couple of months I can offer you £600 if you are willing to accept?

Can you also post some pics of the devices condition please?

Thanks

How is this is not a fair comparison? A new 1tb iPad with cellular, RRP £1,669, just sold for £1000. Someone below also offered £600.

Just because one person sold an iPad for a really low price doesn’t mean that other sellers are prepared to sell theirs for a really low price based on that one iPad, it’s not a instant depreciation. You can barely buy an used iPad Pro 12.9 for £600 in mint condition let alone with a pencil

The offers of 650 and 660 show that 600 is too low as people are fighting to pay more and still get a good deal.

It wasn’t a really low price. Several have sold around that level of late and there are lots showing up online heavily discounted ahead of anticipated gen 4 launch, so it’s the going rate. If I can get a new boxed 1tb with 12 months warranty plus the ability to add AppleCare+ then the lower models will consequently need to be priced commensurately.

I hate low-ballers myself - but I don’t think that is the case here.

I'll post some closer pics tomorrow as it's not the best time for closeups now. It's in excellent condition btw and not a mark on it.

Possibly I'm not understanding the OP, but does this have a screen protector fitted?

No screen protector on the device at the moment but there's 2 included.

I think there's a playoff between appealing to someone's budget and trying to recoup as much of the cost you paid for a good as you can; neither is unreasonable and both are just as valid - I often low ball as I'm very reticent to get into any kind of confrontation, and would rather base my offer on, say, what CeX or Ebay are asking and fully expect the seller to drop the price in an effort to meet in somewhere appearoaching the middle.

I sold a surface pro 4 on gumtree recently, and one of the offers I got was £70. I er. I turned that one down and countered by politely suggesting he came up to a sum that added something £230 to that offer.

Tbh I was hoping to get close to asking as a previous offer on eBay which fell through was £775. Rather than waste peoples time on here I'm just gonna stick to selling it on eBay as I think I can recoup more there.
