I'll be sorry to see this trusty friend go.

Hi all. This is the beast of a 24" iMac with a taller than 1080p screen at 1920 x 1200 pixels. The processor is a Core 2 Duo 2.8GHz Extreme, 4GB of RAM on board, and the hard disk has been upgraded to a 1TB Western Digital. You can tell by the model number that it's 2007/2008, and it still works really well today. Such is the lifespan of a Mac!

It's loaded with Snow Leopard and the included iLife applications, and all applicable Apple updates have been installed. It's ready to go! It also comes complete with the Apple wireless keyboard and a Magic Mouse (original unused Apple mouse included), not mention the flush mounting power cord. The Snow Leopard upgrade media is included. The original disks (even the Apple stickers!) are correct and present, and I have the box for it too.

The condition is superb. Now it's 6 years old, it might have the odd surface scratch due to cleaning or something, but my rubbish camera isn't going to pick up anything! Talking about cameras, here's some pictures:

    Thanks very much for looking.

    Price and currency: £350
Delivery: Delivery cost is not included
Payment method: PayPal or Bank Transfer, Cash on Collection
    Location: Peterborough

I'll improve my offer to £280 collected, if it helps to having a deal.

It is there! The flash has just whited it out. Otherwise I would have a hell of a job installing Snow Leopard and iLife. I'll take another photo this evening.

If this was the same spec iMac 8,1 (instead of the 7,1 you're selling) I'd happily meet your asking price. £280 cash is good though.

Sorry for the delay, only just got in from work and had my dinner...

Clique - It's fair that you don't meet me the whole way, but I'm looking for another £20 collected. The clincher might be that the HDD is practically brand new (as in I received it from Western Digital themselves Friday).

Shyewei - I'd need to figure out how much it costs to ship before agreeing to that, but I'm hazarding a guess that it's going to be over £20 to have it insured. It's not exactly that light. Do you have a preferred courier? I'll make the enquiries once I know.

No preferred courier, usually use parcel monkey to get a quote.

Final offer of £320 delivered then, which should cover almost all, if not all of the postage. Would need it insured of course!

    LMK,
    Shye

OK, we're all done. The iMac got there, Shye received the Magic Mouse with a crack in it that I hadn't noticed before so may have happened in transit, could be my fault as I did really 'pack it in there'! Situation resolved through partial refund and we're done.

    Thanks Shye.
