App syncing problem

Hi all,

I have just bought a secondhand iphone which is currently synced with another itunes account. The problem is i cant restore the iphone as i will lose the unlock.

Is there anyway i can get different apps on the phone? Or am i stuck with whats on the phone?

If you bought a second hand iPhone with someone elses apps on it you're pretty limited in what you can do!

iTunes will want to wipe the phone when you connect it as the apps aren't authorised to your phone...

If its a friend I guess you could ask them for their username / password and authorise your machine with their apps....depends how good a friend it is!

If not...you're eventually going to have to start over with your own!

Have you tried setting up a new iTunes account for yourself ( or logged into your account and then used the app store! )

what OS is installed? have you tried a Spirit jailbreak?
