If they're causing issues because they're too large then I would set them to be smaller in the programs concerned rather than using a third party utility to delete them.

The bottom line is, none of these "system cleaners" are actually necessary.

If you clear your browser cache, the next time you visit a site it will have to download the page data again, effectively slowing down your browsing speed.

I agree with the others registry cleaners and system cleaners aren't necessary. The latest version of windows 10 now includes deletion of junk/temporary files automatically
Go to Settings, system, Storage to configure

Every version from windows 95 has a cleanup function but Windows 10 is the first to include an automatic cleanup function every 30days

Storage Sense deletes files that are 30 days old, it doesn't run every 30 days.

As far as I'm aware it only adds the ability to delete files in the downloads folder and recycle bin when they're 30 days old. Normally the recycle bin is size limited, the oldest files are deleted when it's taking up more than it's allocated space.

Temporary internet files have always been deleted if that website has not been visited in a period of time and junk files (temp folder, old crash logs, windows update backups etc.) are still left alone and only deleted when the drive gets close to full.
