Anyone watching HDTV in thier Home

Just wanted to see is anyone watching HDTV in thier house,like sky sports hd for example,I have got a HDTV and just want to see is watching TV in HD really that good as the hype makes out..Please tell me wot you think off it as nearest I have got to watching HDTV is on display in the shops...

Lets put it this way. I wouldn't pay extra for it. Freeview HD with no compromise bit rates. Ie better than Sky are broadcasting. Yes it is clearly better, but not an amazing leap at normal viewing distance on a 32" display. I prefer my PVR to HD.
