Hi all,
I am looking to buy a digital camcorder for around £500. I have been reading lots of reviews and articles about how Digital8 compares to MiniDV, but I am still undecided whether to go for the bottom of the range (ish) DV or a top of the range Digi8.
On paper I think the Sony DCRTRV18E (DV) looks the best bet, so I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of it (or any thoughts).
Obviously I will test them before I buy, but I cannot really get to the shops at the moment, so am reliant on the net.
