Anyone used SoundStop's solutions?

I'm moving into an ex-council house soon (my first house purchase!) and the lounge/home cinema room will share its rear wall with a neighbour.

I came across SoundStop a while ago, and ignoring the very dated looking site, the endorsements sound impressive. Call me cynical, but let's face it, these could easily be made up...

Has anyone here used any of their products?

I'm planning on using them for my ceiling, but won't be for a month or so.

They should have some independent test results backing up their claims? Do they? Hard to tell from their site as they are going form a full construction to sticking things onto walls / ceilings. Full construction, with air tight seals, membranes and insulation is going to isolate sound. Just sticking things to ceilings will only reduce any sound very very marginally

depends on what you want to use, what did you have in mind?

I just want to be considerate of my neighbours, so stop some of my sound going through the shared wall when I crank the system up
