Looking for a new screen as I have just purchased a Sharp 201e pj after reading a thread about them on here.

Need to get a screen as my walls have stupid artex rubbish all over them and Im not allowed to remove it.

Ive been scouring the forum and using the "search" facility but cant find any reference to this brand of screen.

    Opinions please.

Hi. Did you buy one in the end? If so, what are your impressions of it? Cheers.

Hi Guys, I've bought myself Brightvision Screen on Australian eBay about month ago, I love the remote control screen, it is a 106" Glass bead. I'm using a Toshiba MT700 DLP projector :smashin: and I have to say, that I'm more than satisfied. Having 2 other no brand projection screens before, I've realized that it's better to pay some more for quality. The picture is sharp and the colours on the glass bead surface are just amazing, it's really a dramatic difference. The remote control is not infrared, but radio signal, so no problems what so ever. the motor is silent and smooth.

Anyway, I can really recommend it . It'g great value for the price and with a 1 year of warranty it looks like I've got nothing to loose really. The screen works just fine, so I'll see if I'll have some problems with it in the future. In any case I'll keep you posted.

    cheers,
    paul.

Not a problem, I'm sure you'll be happy with the big improvement, artex is not the best surface to have:)

Did you go for the Brightvision in the end?

I am looking at buying a Brightvision screen from ebay as well and would like to know your thoughts on the screen, is it as good as expected or is it too good to be true?

    Any thoughts would be helpful
