Anyone regularly order from CPC/Farnell???

    DOes anyone order from CPC or Farnell on a regualr basis i am after one of these:

    nearly bough one off ebay but not paying £4 inc P&P for something that is £1.16 +VAT!!!!
    If anyone would be kind enough to order one for me and then post onwards i am happy to pay for it item and forwarding postage please let me know if you can help

    Don't know if you know it but Farnell do sell to the public as well as the trade. :smashin:

    'tis true, but if all you want is a couple of quids worth of stuff then their minimum shipping charge is a bit steep ... so it's worth asking if anyone else is placing an order.

    Sadly, not planning anything anytime soon myself. Although I do have a £4-ish credit note sitting around doing nowt ....

    £35 ex VAT minimum for free carriage and yes i know they are public as well as trade (most trade onlies will do a proforma tho) its £1.36+ P&P which is £3-5 minimum i think or is it more?

    I usually make an order to them every few months but can't see me needing anything soon I'm afraid. Top service otherwise. :)

    If you don't see one try asking the staff as it's odds on they will have one lying around the stock room (btw thh socket is a better fit on the Lidl one than on the cpc one) - it's light Grey in colour if that helps you notice it.
