Anyone recommend a wireless intercom?

My mum lives next door in a granny annexe and so we wanted to get a mains powered but wireless intercom between the 2 houses. I see some cheap brands on Amazon but would rather have something reliable and easy to use. I.e. she can press 1 button and voice over to me. Anyone know of anything?

You could use two Amazon echo dots or echo shows if you want. Slightly curved ball approach but is an option of the Wi-Fi reaches there. You can just use voice then to call.

Too complicated for my mum, shes in her 70s - a 1 button push device is what we need

Ok fair enough but it is just “Alexa ring Nevereden” or whatever you call your other Echo

True. For now ive just given her a wireless doorbell button and said press it in an emergency.
