    Hi Guys

Mods sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

I am considering in vesting in the above particularly with all the rave reviews its had. Howevere was wondering if anyone has come across an exceptional price for one??

    Many thanks in advance.

My local RS were doing them for £315. I think their latest leaflet was quoting them for £295 but that was "graded", i.e. ex display or returns.

You say probably......... have you checked? Even if the Cambridge RS didn't have one, the Norwich RS had them as of Thursday evening @ £315. If you want to pay more then its up to you.

Got it in gold 2 months ago for £319 from Richers, had a hassle though...

Rung round all the London stores until I found the Chelsea one had it, when I went to pick it up it was scratched.

Had to order another one which took 5 days to come through, but this one was fine.

So, use Richer's if you're prepared to wait a little...

They would have let me, but I don't have a car and didn't fancy lugging it from Chelsea to Ladbroke Grove and back again - these things weigh a ton! :)

They'll normally let you take something you dont really want if you're swapping it for another one, guess they hope you don't bother bringing it back! They oferred this to my mate as well when they only had his Sony amp in Black and he wanted Silver.

They also let me take an optical lead to test it when I finally picked it up (they ran out of co-ax) and let me swap it for a co-ax at another store the next day. So to be fair, they've been good so far.
