Seen this at the beach today in Downings, Co Donegal today and I have no idea what it is.

Can anyone shed any light on it?

That's what I was thinking too

Just slightly bigger than my trainer, I wear a size 13

It was hard to the touch not 'soft' as I would expect a urchin to feel like (never touch one so don't know)

Wow thats pretty big, all the urchins i have seen are around 50p size !!!

That's what I thought when I first saw it but the size of it and how hard it felt I kinda knew it wasn't a Sea Urchin.

Has me stumped.
