    Hello!

I am desperately seeking a DVD recorder which is less than 40cm in width. I have completed many searches and found nothing! The standard width seems to be between 42 and 43cm.

If you have any info about a smaller than average DVD recorder I would be VERY grateful!

    Cheers

That's the standard size for consumer separates. Your best bet is a portable unit but they tend to be considerably smaller and are not quite as practical when used in a system at home.
