Anyone know a better VFM TV than Aldi’s Latest

Hi All,

I’m researching to buy a new television. I know very little about them and I have very modest requirements (ie it has to have a decent size screen and it has to reliably work for a considerable number of years).

So far I have found this TV coming into my local Aldi next Thursday retailing at €299.99 (approx £264Stg, I’m based in Ireland) ALDI - Thursday Special Buys 21st January 2010

If anyone is aware of a better value for money TV at present, I am all ears.

All suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance for all responses.
