Ive tried the online Chat about 20 odd times today and used all 3 selections, and called them up 5 times and spent around an hour on each call waiting and waiting for someone to pick up. I'm pretty sure there is just one guy who works in the office and who deals with emails
Absolutely disgusted in this company, no wonder you can't post anything on their FB page because I have read loads of bad reviews and comments which people have posted on Games own post
Didn't receive my Nuketown Map and Specialist item by Email and I've already tried requesting it again 3 times, been reading other people in the same boat
Anyone else feel my pain? Grrrrr
