Question Anyone had trouble contacting GAME ?

Ive tried the online Chat about 20 odd times today and used all 3 selections, and called them up 5 times and spent around an hour on each call waiting and waiting for someone to pick up. I'm pretty sure there is just one guy who works in the office and who deals with emails

Absolutely disgusted in this company, no wonder you can't post anything on their FB page because I have read loads of bad reviews and comments which people have posted on Games own post

Didn't receive my Nuketown Map and Specialist item by Email and I've already tried requesting it again 3 times, been reading other people in the same boat

Anyone else feel my pain? Grrrrr

Twitter sometimes works but i agree they are atrocious took about 24hrs for them to get back to me, had such a farce with the fallout 4 orders. If they weren't exclusive retailers for somethings i'd never use them.

Spoke to them on Chat first thing this morning and had my issue resolved and was given 2000 reward points for the inconvenience
