Anyone had any luck contacting Marantz?

I tried the website but do not receive an answer. Is there a contact number or email address I can use?

I have the posted my amp's problems here:

but have not received any help or advice from either Oppo or Marantz.

Your first point of contact should be the retailer you purchased the equipment for, they should be able to handle any warranty issues for you.

Hi Crusty, Thanks for the response. The problem though, it seems, is not a warranty problem but a handshake problem with certain equipment. It's hard to show to the retailer without taking my entire system over to them. I would have thought the manufacturer would be able to do some proper testing.

Rather than starting another thread i'll jump in on this.

Im looking to purchase a Maranbtz BD5004 bluray player within th enext few days but first want to confirm that the unit is a uk product by giving them the serial number.

I cant seem to find a telelphone number for them. Any help or feedback much appreciated.
