anyone got an Xcard?

    does it play movies encoded with xvid codec?

    I have an Xcard but I'm not into divx so can't answer sorry. There is a forum on the Sigma website where you should be able to get an answer.

    How do u find the xcard, is it all you u had hoped it would be. I'm glad to hear u say "Great card by the way!" great to hear of someone happy with their setup

    Hi, yes i use the x-card it plays xvid just fine,although i prefer Divx it just looks much better to me.Used to have H+ but the xcard is much better picture quality .Pity the GUI is so poor!

    have any of you wired it for scart?

    is it RGb scart

    does it have any annoying quirks?

    I just use the s-video out as i send everything through my Sony 1080 and this just uses s-video switching. As for annoying quirks if you play a Divx/Xvid/Avi file you have to add it to the playlist before playing rather than just opening it
    But all in all it is a very versatile player much more than any DVD player i know of. 10 out of 10
