Anyone good with photo editing? Favour Needed!

Hi there,
I'm looking at getting a canvas printed for my girlfriend, and was hoping to get this saying printed on an image 'Do not anticipate trouble, or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.'
However, I'm having terrible trouble!
Looking at getting a font similar to the ones on these canvases (without the art inside the text if that makes sense, so the font is almost transparent and you can see the beach through the font but still read it?) :

And then using this image:

Could anyone possibly help?
Thanks,
Jack

I would say they have been screen printed rather than photo edited. Ie print the pic onto canvas then screen print the lettering. I may be wrong but that's what it looks like.

That's brilliant, just what I was after.
Embarrassing for myself that it can be done so quickly!
However, I've stumbled across another problem.
The canvas I'm looking to get is 30.5cm x 30.5cm and so the photo does not fit?
Is it possible to edit it to fit the canvas, or will this downgrade the quality?
Cheers,
Jack

That's what's great about this forum sometimes, people genuinely want to help others....
So here I have vastly improved it :D
