Do you feel your current amplification isn't getting the best out of the Kef's or are you just an eternal tweaker? :D

Bit of both...must admit I get sort of an empty feeling inside when everything's working fine...

We've done triamping work albeit not on the Kef's The Performance 6 supports tri-amping and we wouldn't be human if we hadn't used our collection of Marantz SM17's to give it a whirl. Works nicely too :).

    Thanks, this is encouraging!
With the PA-4000 (4x100W) I just bought in Germany I can triamp the fronts AND the center!
    Or...staggering sigh...biamp the rears too!
Now I'm looking for nice gold faceplates that show they are biamped, as I suspect nobody'll hear any difference on a center!
Well, my wife doesn't hear any diffs EVER, but she knows boys must play...
