    Hi guys

I am urgently looking to get an amp but can't decide between
    Marantz SR7500
    Denon AVR3805
    Yamaha RX-V1500.

Any views, especially from people who have seen the Marantz?

I'm a "little" tempted to go for the SR8500 with DVI switching but its a tad bit too expensive.

I would have thought it would be better to look at the 2500 not the 1500 with the rest of the amps listed.

8500 would be nice though. Bit more future proofed:D

The SR8500 would be nice :):):)

For me, it would be a toss up between the SR7500 and the RXV1500. The Denon 3805 is a good amp, but too many issues with the remote and the fact it isn't as good in stereo as the other two mark it down. Nice chips in their though, and for movie performance it is fantastic.

If push came to shove, SR8500, the DVI switching will come in VERY handy later on :)
