To be honest I've no idea what devices are available.

We have the complete Sky HD package , NetFlix already ....

Somebody said to get an Amazon Echo but I don't see the point..

Nor me an Amazon Echo is wireless connected and doesn't use HDMI at all. Only thing I can think of is you might want to record more than the two channels at once SKY-HD limits you to and provides you with full quality content streaming to other kit on your network.

Could I add a external hard drive by the other HDMI port !??

Our Sky HD box is pretty old and has a tiny hard drive ..

I used to play a lot of Call Of Duty on the PC but only played as a sniper in online multiplayer games .. presume you can't just drop into random games and start sniping ... on consoles ?

You can change the hard disk in a sky box anyway. Ask in the Sky threads.

You can't connect a hard drive to a HDMI port. HDMI is video and audio in to the TV and possibly audio out on a TV with Audio Return Channel (ARC).

Hard drives can be connected to some TV's to play back video files and/or record using USB.

I would have to ask my Grandson that one. He plays COD on a games console.
