    Hi,

I've been toying with the idea of getting a projector for ages, but tend to like the best of things which puts it out of budget right now (new baby, new house, quit work to go it alone that sort of thing can hurt new toy buying!).

Anyway I have just been offered an Infocus LP130 with 28 hours of bulb usage for a nice price.

Having scouted around the web the reviews seem positive, but they are all slightly out of date now as this is an older model.

For now I'll have it in the office and will probably use it for a bit of gaming and may take it on my travels for presentations.

But home cinema use is not out of the question.

So is this a good buy as a way into projectors? Is it any good as a home cinema projector?

    Any thoughts appriciated.

    Cheers
    Marc
