Just bought this from Lidl, & have been trying it out.

Came across a problem with the Co-axial Out – The Amp says it’s receiving 5.1, but it isn’t outputting anything to the Centre & Surrounds.(Definitely should be sound coming from them, as it’s ID4, & works fine with Optical)

The cable is fine, & so is the Amp, as co-axial works perfect on my Pioneer 444

Bitstream is selected for Audio, am I missing anything obvious before it goes back?

    Thx

didn't want to mess around with it, before testing the other bits - it appears to be working now, so either it's a dodgy connection, or something

    Hey

How do you do the upgrade. I've looked at the read me document and it says
    1. Write the disc-image (Firmware_xx.iso) to a CD. Please take a look to the help of your burn software how to do this. Just writing the file to CD is not right!
    2. The folder structure on the created disc shoud be /lg_dvd/firmware/upgrade/lg.

How do you do this? What is the disc image and where where can it be found? Sorry if I'm being thick here.

Download the file from Targa webside
In the zip file will be 2 txt files and 1 ISO (cdimage) file.
Extract the files the ISO file from the ZIP
Burn the ISO using e.g Nero.

You do this in Nero using the File Open option, not by compliling a new disc !

Don't worry about "The folder structure on the created disc shoud be /lg_dvd/firmware/upgrade/lg." as the ISO already contains all of this for you.

Cheers mate you are a star  . One other quick question. I am having difficulty playing files from within a folder. It seems to play the first one OK, then the following ones just stick and stop. Any idea how to get round this one? The burned dvd plays ok onmy computer but not on the targa.
