    Hi all,

I have a Sony FV32FQ86U and a Pioneer DV535 DVD player with RGB output.

The totalshield ofc scart lead I have I believe is working fine in RGB but can anyone tell me if I need a special scart for RGB?

Also as a side note if anyone else has this tv do you think the picture is better with RGB or S-Video?

    Thanks

As long as your scart lead is fully wired then it will work with RGBcvS signals. A few of the very cheap scart leads only have composite & stereo audio connected. Some scarts are labelled as RGB scart and these normally only have the RGBcvS pins with no audio connections.

A fully wired scart will also be able to carry S-Video, so you can switch between RGBcvS & S-Video to see which you think looks better.

    Mark.
