As anybody is probably aware by now PQ off air is nothing to write home about. I've been twiddling around with the picture settings trying to obtain the optimum picture from my bog standard Skybox but seem to be going around in circles. Anyone got any recommendations as to what they are using?

Have the lamp on 'Eco' mode, as prefer the less-intense whites. Set brightness and contrast using THX optimizer. Sharpness is OFF. NR off on Sky input. Contrast in Sky 'picture settings' set to low.
