    Hi again

im looking to input a component signal to my themescene H56 from dvi port.

I have a dvi to rca male lead, but it looks a little thin and would need a gender changer adaptor.

I have a VGA to component adaptor plug, but i would prefer to use the DVI connector(as ive got a keene scartblaster in that slot, and it would save me swapping leads)

any ideas where to get one

Just to be clear - your looking to Input YUV to the DVI-I port not the VGA port on the H56 Projector?

    Best regards

    Hi Joe

Yes, the PJ RGB analogue or componet-p from the DVI port

idealy it would be a 3 rca female plug input block to a DVI

ive tried google, maplins, RS & CPC

    seem to be stuck?

Struggling to find a 3RCA(F) to DVI-I adapter for you.

Have you considered a JS Technology 2:1 YUV automated switcher - that way you can share the YUV Input on the Projector with Two YUV sources and retain decent cables.

If you want extra flexibility a Zektor HDS4 4:1 switcher (again programmed for automatic switching) enables up to Four YUV sources into one Input.

Both of these options leaves your Digital Input free for a Digital source.

    Best regards

    I cant find one either.

I hadnt considered a switch, but im pretty much spent up at the minute
after getting a new amp, dvd, speakers & leads.

    I have got a yuv-rca-f to D-15 vga plug(with the pj accessorys)
just hoped to find the same sort of thing for the DVI port, guess ill have to survive with that, unless something turns up. I am suprised no one sells them.

I also found a DVI-VGA block with a ATI graphic card, but 2 blocks would probably need supporting

my dvd player has hdmi(hdcp) but my PJ doesnt have HDCP on its dvi port, so I will have to wait for the digtal connection untill i can afford some "box" to sort it out and another long expensive lead.

    Thanks for looking :smashin:
