Any noob(ish) players want a game?

My friends and I are wanting a game were we are all involved. There are too few to have a decent game on our own and too many to squeeze onto a public server.

Are there any of you that would like to have a game once or twice a week or who would like to add me to a similar group of friends. I've only just got into online gaming and enjoy it, but looking for something not too serious.
My ps3 id is the same as my avf id.
