On when an Official English subbed version of Ong Bak is going to be released?

I know of the DVD-R versions for sale on fleabay, but I want the proper job.

I picked up one on Ebay last week, and if its a copy / pirate its spot on, right down to the actual disk. Its subbed in yellow text (maybe someone else has it). It was sold as brand new and sealed.

The ones on ebay that I had heard about were ripped from official R3 releases but some enterprising fan with the knowhow and equipment inserted English subs.

How good a copy is it?
