Any Help please? Digifusion FVRT100 Freeview box

I'm having trouble with my freeview box (Digifusion FVRT100). I have sound but no picture, although I can see the guide & library contents, so I presume the scart cabling is fine. Can anyone help please? I'm confused!!!

Try the usual unplugging it and letting it reload.
