Full budget retail titles do seem quite thin on the ground at the moment, although there was reports about a month ago that over 100 Vita titles would be released this year iirc. Think most are smaller download titles though. Don't have a link to list at the moment. My advice at the moment would be to wait to E3 and see what's announced in terms of new titles and see what takes your fancy. With the reported remote play being properly implemented with PS4 Id be surprised if this didn't give a bit of a push to more Vita games popping up on the horizon.
From the full retail games schedule- Dragons crown looks outstanding (due out in the states in August). And tearaway could be great- it's media molecule being creative again
