Looking for user feedback on Pioneer 313. After 8 months of hell with a Sony 550 (great unit shame about Sony quality control). Power button dodgy, constant picture freezes I finally flipped when ANOTHER film froze anmd another broke up early on. So I took it back and got a refund and am considering the Pioneer 313 or JVC 75. Pioneer looks the better value but how is it performing for you?

Like you I am looking for a new home cinema, Comet recommended the Sony 550 at £299 (500 w) and big wattage = quality (I was told).

I have since spoken to Richer Sounds and they recommend the Toshiba SD-43HK over the rest.

I have heard the Pioneer 313 is also good from some reviews.

Havent fully decided yet but the Tosh looks favourite unless anyone knows differently?

    cheers
    steve
