Okay dokay, I have just bought a Tosh 32wl56 LCD and a Tosh RDXS34 DVD recorder and am very happy with 'em.

I also have Pace digibox since Sky Digital was installed in 1999.

In pursuit of the ultimate picture quality, would there be any benefit me acquiring a new digibox.

    Thanks.

Probably not however there will be benefits in the speed of menu navigation/interactive elements which can not be dissmissed since they impacts greatly on the over all experience of the system.

If you have a reliable digibox and a installation that provides good reception then perhaps not tempting fate by replacing anything is the way to go:)

If you are after the ultimate PQ then perhaps a SDI modified SKY+ v1 and scaler is the way to go or wait for the High Def service to launch.
