Just for other members information (especially those building hush-boxes or trying to isolate noisy projectors) I bought some Amiran anti-reflective glass to use as a projection window; it’s not cheap or easy to obtain (~ £50 for two 156 x 156 x 6mm) but should be considerably better than plain glass.

Its technical specs are impressive when compared to normal glass and can be viewed on the Schott website: http://www.us.schott.com/tgd/english/products/amiran1.html

I bought it from a glass supplier in London (http://www.rankinsglass.co.uk/) and they were very helpful.
