The main differences between the 1st option and the other 2 are the processor and graphics cards. Will I see any real benefit by spending nearly £90-£100 extra?

All comments appreciated.

The faster CPU will help loads in your video editing but I'd see if you can upgrade the monitor to a 22" one, the extra space will be great for your videos and you'll be grateful for it I'm sure. There's not much difference between the 2 cards though, i think the 2600XT is slightly faster but both will play back HD stuff with no trouble.
