Another what film was that thread!!!

okay, my memory is sketchy about this but it has been bugging me for years (yes, literally years!).

I can remember some people (3 i think, 1 male, 1 female and 1 child) and they go into a cave, exploring. When they come out everyone has disappeared without a trace.

I remember them going to a gas station and the woman getting chased by a pack of wild dogs and she shuts herself in a vehicle to stop getting attacked by said dogs.

Think it may have had something to do with a nuclear war. Don't think it was Threads.

It was years since i sa it (coming up to about 20 years i think).

Anyone help me...

It was called The Last Train. A British TV mini series on ITV. Someone on the train had a canister of some experimental gas that accidentally went off and frozen everyone on the carriage. I can't remember much else about it.

Last Train was only on about 5 to 6 years ago

it wasn't a nuclear war but a comet hitting the earth

it was very very crap

Definately not Threads. That was centred on two bombs hitting Sheffield.

Is that the one where two teens spent the night in a cinema projection booth shielded from the Comet's light, but everyone else who is exposed to the light either dies or turns into zombies?
