    Hi everyone,

Well I did buy software to be able to play DD and DTS on pc. The full version of PowerplayDVD 5.0.
But it wont install. I removed the "cut down" version I had already installed with the PC and the free trial I downloaded before installing Full Version.
The problem being that it says I have retail version installed on my machine. I have put PowerDVD into search files to find any and deleted them, reatarted and the same problem occurrs.
Has anyone got any ideas to solve my latest problem. I just seem to keep spending and getting knowhere.

Once again your help will be appreciated, sorry for spelling 2am in morning.
I will here DTS one day on this PC (will I?)

Did you remove the software properly by using "Add/ remove programs" in Control Panel ?

make sure you have restarted the pc prior to trying to reinstall the software. If this fails ctrl alt and del to see if there is still any applications running in the background.
