Another pre order confusion thread!

Well some of you will have seen my old post about choices letting me down with my pre order. On the same day i received a generic email from comet who i also pre ordered with as a backup. When i contacted customer services they said they had no record of my order and there were no ref/order nos so it wasnt on the system. I kicked off a bit and slammed the phone down.
Just checked my email 5 mins ago and received this email!!!!


Dear ADAM BRIERS,
We are pleased to inform you that we now have stock of the Nintendo Wii and
are able to fulfil your pre-order. To complete your order please contact us
on 01482 592553 with the following information:
Your reference number (from the top of this email),
Your package choice and details of any additional games and accessories you
would like to add to your order (please find attached the available
options),
Your card details to pay for the remaining balance.
Please note, to complete the order there will be a delivery fee which will
be added to your final order.
Our lines are open as follows :
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 8pm
Saturday 8:30am - 6pm
Sunday 10am - 5pm
Upon contact we will also arrange a suitable delivery date.
Please do not reply to this e-mail and thank you again for your order.

Just got another email from them confirming my deposit that i paid and the same ref number and an additional order no. Cant even remember what deposit i paid!!

Anyway will call them tomorrow and see what the crack is!
