Another one bites the dust.

    for my 18th birthday (2nd of this month) i recieved a Pioneer DV340 from Richer sounds. Buggered on arrival. S my dad trekked up to Watford to swap it out for a Wharfedale DVD 750s.

    DVD750s works for two weeks, now it crashes altogether on layer changes.

    Me is not a happy bunny. ANyone else had problems with these players?

    ps - Richer were as helpful as is practical. They offered me all they could do for the first exchange, and they are dropping off a new Wharfedale on Tuesday.

    you are quite entitled to a full refund. If they tell you are not they are talking crap!

    Give the new Wharfedale a chance. With these machines they either crash within a week or so and need replacing but once you get a good batch one they are sweet.
