I am setting up my Kef KHT2005 with my Denon 3802. The front, centre and sub connections are obvious but do I connect my other two speakers to the Surround A, Surround B or Surround Rear connections. I am assuming Surround Rear?

    Surround A.........

Surround speaker selector function........This function makes it possible to achieve the optimum sound fields for different sources by switching between two systems of surround speakers (A and B)
