May be that the US have it now and we take a few hours longer for it to roll out. At least the update is coming

Had an awesome few matches with the usual suspects. It's a complete change in the way the game is played.

Shame that the millions of kills that are racked up don't count towards achievements.

Yep agreed, really good fast paced game. Cheers for the game chaps, first game with all of you tonight & was good fun.

I agree it has made the most addicted game i have ever played even more addictive.
Got kicked off live @ 00:10 reconected and was told there was an update for the game only 2 off us got the update the rest got it stagered played till 02:30 cant waite till tonight to play more

Annex is indeed the dogs .......

You mention that the kills don't go towards achievements? Even on Ranked?? That's a shame, my gamerscore might have improved fairly quickly going by the number of kills each round...

Q: How does Annex affect gaining achievements?

A: Due to the addition of infinite respawns, any kills in Annex won’t count towards kill-based achievements like “Seriously…” and “The Nuge”. Since Annex is a new additional gametype, you will not need to play Annex to be granted “Mix It Up”. The basic multiplayer achievements like “Always Remember Your First” are still achievable in Annex.

Still top fun though.

That's a real shame....went to bed last night thinking it wouldn't take me too long to bag some of the 'Kill' achievements..........makes me wonder why I would ever play Annex on Ranked then - can't see the point if you're not going to gain any achievements from all the action?? Would much rather setup a Private Player match with guys from AVF

I played a ranked match after you guys and it ended up 2 v 1 (I was the 1) for most of the game. Also the connection was pretty poor so my shottie wasnt working - still managed to capture 3 rings for a short time

Definetly was great fun last night with you guys. So fast paced and was a great leveller for players skills.

Darn you kopchoir and drinks who are off work today!!! I was so tempted to pull a sickie.

Other fixes in the patch. If anything I was sticking to walls more than before!!!!! Love that boomshot change.

VGA Cable Support: Monitor resolution widths greater than or equal to 1280 now render as letterbox. In particular VGA users running at 1280×1024 will now see the game in full 720p (1280×720) resolution in letterboxed form.
Adjusted Assassination Multiplayer Gametype: Leader no longer has to unlock weapons and now has to be executed to die.
Adjusted Boomshot: Splash damage to be more effective rendering targets down-but-not-out
Adjusted Hammer of Dawn: Aiming will be more forgiving of moving targets
Adjusted Roadie Run: Reduced frequency of accidently grabbing cover while running
Kill Message Ticker: Ticker can now be seen while down-but-not-out and spectating

You and me both mate - was praying I'd wake up with that terrible strain of flu that does the rounds every now and then - Man Flu - but no, a full bill of health this morning

Think it's definitely gonna be a Player Match thing....can't see any benefit to playing Annex on Ranked??

I saw that the update was released last night, so I rushed to my 360, turned it on, opened my messages and noticed a message from Xbox Live; my subscription had expired!! I totally forgot about it!!!
What timing!!

Anyway i've now got a new code and will be downloading the update tonight and am looking forward to some Annex! Sounds like I may finally be able to inflict some degree of damage with the Boomshot now!!!
