Has anybody else had problems with the first 2 disks of the Angel Series 1 Boxset (R2)? I've just got it, and when I stuck the first disk in my player (Marantz DV-4100), it cut straight from the menu animation to the beginning of episode 1 with the Whedon/Greenwalt commentary - no chance for me to select anything!! And then at the end it goes back to the animation, and then starts again - an eternal loop!!

Disk 2 doesn't even want to start playing!! The player just whirs for about 60 seconds, and then spits it out!! No problems with the others!!

Anyone else had anything like this?

    Cheers.

    T-Force,

No problems with any of the DVD's on my Pioneer 626D player.

Sounds like you've got two duff DVD discs. I'd go back to the shop/online store and get them replaced immediately.

It's a player problem - it suddenly dawned on me today that I've got a DVD-ROM drive in my PC - D'oh!!! And the 2 disks work fine with PowerDVD. I'll see what Marantz have to say about it - but I don't expect I'll get much joy from them.
